Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers. • Provide clients with detailed property information, including features, pricing, and neighborhood insights. • Assist lead agents in managing client relationships and follow-ups. • Coordinate with listing agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a smooth showing process. • Gather client feedback on properties and report to the lead agent. • Ensure properties are presentable and ready for showings (e.g., lights on, doors open). • Stay informed about market trends, new listings, and real estate developments. • Attend open houses and networking events to build relationships. • Uphold company policies and local real estate regulations. Qualifications: • Real estate license. • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred. (NOT Required). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and MLS databases. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills. • Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude. Compensation: $50,000 Commission Based
