Responsibilities: • Research potential homes and local communities to provide informed answers to buyer inquiries • Coordinate timely showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Assist the lead agent in showcasing homes that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets to drive sales • Aid clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction experience • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails • Follow up with leads and generate new leads • Schedule appointments and conduct consultations • Close sales efficiently and effectively Qualifications: • Ability to dedicate significant time to driving in your vehicle • Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick adaptability to new systems • Self-driven with the capability to work independently • Ambitious, motivated, and keen on professional development • Possession of a real estate license or a strong willingness to obtain one Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 yearly
