Must be a licensed Realtor or actively enrolled in real estate classes. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead follow up • Follow the team plan • Sales Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
