Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Sales Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Commission opportunity • Real Estate lIcense required • Superb communication Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 at plan
