We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Schedule showings with home buyers to get them into properties quickly. Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • If no real estate license, be willing & able to obtain one. • This is a full-time position Compensation: Approx $50,000 (Salary + Commission or Commission Only)
