We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showing of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market. • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis. • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities. • Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service. • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions. • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's standard of client service. • Identify homes that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales. • Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner. • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth. Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • NO Real Estate experience is needed. • Must fit into the Urban Cool Homes culture. • Must obtain your Denver Real Estate license for employment (we'll show you how). • Speed matters. • Coachability matters. • Can spend a large amount of time driving. • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Gritty. • Must have reliable personal transportation for work purposes. • Bilingual: English/Spanish. Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
