Responsibilities: • Lead Management: Organize, track, and follow up with leads using our CRM system to ensure no opportunities are missed. • Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and text to build rapport and understand their needs. • Follow-Up Excellence: Consistently nurture leads over time, maintaining engagement until they are ready to act. • Research potential homes and local communities to provide accurate and helpful answers to buyer inquiries. • Coordinate and schedule home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers promptly. • Select and showcase properties that align with buyers' needs and budgets to facilitate successful sales. • Grant buyer clients access to homes under contract for tasks such as measurements and inspections, ensuring timely progress. Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Willing and able to spend significant time driving. • Professional demeanor, both in attitude and appearance. • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing tasks and responsibilities. • Active AZ Real Estate License or in pursuit of a license is a must. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
