Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $40 hourly
