Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent with open houses • Meet inspectors, appraisers, and other third parties at properties. • Download and review MLS sheets • Collect feedback and/or write an appointment summary • Complete additional real estate errands as needed (Pick up keys, deliver customer care items, etc) • Be present for bi-weekly team meetings Qualifications: • Good customer service skills and genuine desire to help others • General availability 9 AM-6PM, daily for total of 5-10 hrs per week • Professional • Prompt • Positive attitude • Must have reliable and presentable transportation • Valid drivers license • High school diploma or GED • Pass a background check Prefer • 1-3 years of experience in customer service • Real Estate License • Experience with Flex MLS Compensation: $25 hourly
