    RECEIVE A SALARY (plus commission!) while selling real estate. If you are a new agent (or seasoned) and find yourself wanting more, this is for you. The showing partner serves as a "mentee" while working with the agent's “mentor.” They assist with many client relationships, building rapport, showing several homes, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping the agent with the details on his / her plate. This is the perfect opportunity to get started in a career in real estate, without the fear of jumping straight into a commission-only role where you are on your own to sink or swim. Our showing partner will learn all of the ropes, we will be with you every step of the way, and you will be able to generate an income while you learn! Think of this as a paid internship with a base pay plus bonus, where you come out of the other side with a clear path to success and staying power in the real estate business. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to serving others, authentic to the core, and driven to do great things. Someone willing to work long, hard hours and willing to make big sacrifices in the short term that will pay off exponentially in the long term. Responsibilities: • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes, all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market. • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis. • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities. • Your main job is to grow and deepen relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service! Qualifications : • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience required • You must be licensed in MO & KS • Must fit into our team culture • Passionate • Fun-loving • Hard-working • Compassionate • Personable • Resilient • Must have a valid driver's license • Energetic • Intelligent • Flexible • Ambitious • Speed matters • Coachability matters • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Technology driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: • Base salary plus commission bonus • Clear path to quickly increase salary and bonus based on performance metrics Responsibilities: • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Present yourself in a professional manner • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $36,000 Base Salary to start plus commission bonus based on KPI
