    Join our expanding Real Estate team in Marlton, NJ! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become Showing Specialists. A Real Estate license is required, but don't worry - we will help you get it. As a Showing Specialist, you will assist in conducting home showing tours. We value organizational skills, dedication, and a customer-focused attitude. No previous Real Estate sales experience is necessary as we offer thorough training. We are actively seeking new agents to learn about the local real estate market and how to communicate with buyers. This role offers the opportunity to support homebuyers and sellers while interacting with the community. Hourly compensation: $25 to $30 Responsibilities: • Provide guidance to prospective buyers by facilitating showings of available properties • Coordinate buyer tours and keep them on track • Engage with customers when touring properties and gathering feedback • Assist the lead Agent by suggesting homes that fit the client’s criteria • Promote business development in the office during downtimes • Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Real Estate Agent • Follow up on viewings by providing feedback and pertinent information Qualifications: • Have the confidence to interact with diverse personalities • Maintain a professional demeanor • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills • Possess excellent organizational abilities • Remain flexible to meet customers' needs • Be willing to acquire a Real Estate license Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
