We need someone who is reliable, professional, punctual with flexible availability to put out and take down yard signs when homes go on and off the market. Responsibilities: • Responsible for putting out and then taking yard signs at properties • For the right candidate, also potential for additional work (handyman work, labor, junk removal, etc) Qualifications: • Driver's license with truck/SUV • Local to the Winchester, MA area • Handy with ability to install yard signs, transport and move signs • Professional, punctual, trustworthy, and dependable • Team player Compensation: $45+ per property
