We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate SMS (Texting) Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through strategic text outreach, maintaining consistent communication, and helping convert opportunities into successful deals. Responsibilities: As an SMS Outreach Specialist , you will play a critical role in generating leads and connecting with potential property sellers. Your key responsibilities will include: Text-Based Outreach : • Send a high volume of pre-scripted text messages to potential sellers using company-provided platforms. • Maintain consistent daily texting activity to maximize outreach and engagement. Lead Qualification : • Respond to incoming messages to identify motivated sellers. • Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as property condition, motivation, timeline, and price expectations. Follow-Up Communication : • Promptly follow up with warm leads to keep conversations active and productive. • Maintain professionalism and empathy to build trust with potential clients. Database Management : • Accurately input and update lead information in the texting system (Launch Control). • Track and monitor lead status to ensure timely follow-ups and handoffs to acquisition specialists. Performance Tracking : • Meet or exceed the daily goal of generating 6–10 qualified leads. • Track and analyze personal performance to ensure consistent results. Team Collaboration : • Communicate with the team about high-priority leads and opportunities. • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share best practices. Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with Slack, Launch Control, and remote communication tools (preferred). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. • Availability to work standard hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST) with flexibility for make-up or weekend shifts as needed. Compensation: $4 - $7 hourly
