    We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected • Source and attract high-caliber real estate professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Collaborate with company managers to understand staff needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions. • Attend local real estate events and meetings to promote our real estate brand. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process. • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful. • Look for agents in our area and recruit them via daily phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business. • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their applications to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private. Qualifications: • Familiar with online job posting tools • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • 4-year college degree required • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Great at time management and organization • Proven experience as a Real Estate Recruiter or in a similar role within the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and the ability to identify top-performing agents. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Compensation: $50,000 yearly + bonuses
