About the Role: We are seeking an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the confidence to work independently while following established listing and contract protocols. The Team Administrator will primarily support one lead agent while interacting daily with 4-5 team members to ensure smooth operations. Experience with SharePoint is a plus, as we are transitioning to this cloud-based work platform. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management – Create and engage with content across platforms. • Contract Administration – Ensure accuracy and compliance with real estate transactions. • Listing Administration – Oversee the listing process and maintain accurate records. • Lead Management – Maintain and manage real estate lead platforms. • Marketing & Communication – Utilize MailChimp for email campaigns and team communications. • Office Support – Troubleshoot office equipment and coordinate team meetings. • Cloud-Based File & Document Management – Work with SharePoint to organize and streamline workflow. • Administrative Support – Provide direct support to one lead agent while assisting a team of 4-5 members. • Technical Proficiency – Work with Excel, Word, Publisher, and Canva to create and manage documents and presentations. Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience Required – Must have prior experience in a real estate administrative role. • Highly Organized & Self-Directed – Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively. • Excellent Communication Skills – Clear and professional verbal/written communication. • Ability to Multi-Task – Manage multiple priorities effectively under deadlines. • SharePoint or Cloud-Based Platform Experience Preferred – Ability to help implement and manage a cloud-based system. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
