The Team Leader is responsible for communicating the Market Center value proposition to agents to drive Market Center growth and retain current associate satisfaction with Keller Williams. They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve OP’s expectations of recruiting market share and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of their office. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions. Responsibilities: • Recruit and attract high-performing real estate professionals to join Keller Williams in Mobile, AL, US • Engage associates through business consulting, training, and KW technology to ensure their satisfaction • Provide leadership, support, and accountability sessions for the Market Center team • Develop and execute a training calendar focusing on key business areas and associates' needs • Collaborate with the Market Center team to enhance associates' productivity through business consulting • Communicate and promote Keller Williams' value proposition to align with associates' businesses and goals • Supervise the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) to drive growth in productivity and profitability • Research competitors and devise effective business prospecting and marketing strategies • Maintain the profitability of the market center by controlling operating expenses tightly • Uphold and promote the Keller Williams Culture within the market center • Lead sales and business meetings to drive performance and success.
