Responsibilities: • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Create and implement company budgets and expense reports • Aid in creating budgets • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives Qualifications: • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Have prior experience in sales • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions Compensation: $100,000+
