Responsibilities: • Recruit & Mentor: Attract top talent and provide ongoing coaching to help agents grow their businesses. • Lead by Example : Set the standard with your sales expertise while supporting the team in achieving their goals. • Leverage Real’s Tools : Utilize Real Broker’s powerful platform, including proprietary tech and resources, to drive team success. Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
