Responsibilities: • Engage effectively with potential leads to maximize sales opportunities • Provide expert consultation to clients who are buyers and sellers, understanding their housing preferences and requirements to facilitate successful transactions • Deliver top-notch service and advice in a consultative approach to foster client connections and promote repeat business • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate as an agent or salesperson is preferred though not mandatory for this Real Estate Team Leads Provided in Westport, CT, US • A demonstrated successful track record in sales is a requirement for this position • Essential ability to work independently with exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication are necessary to succeed in this role • A pleasant and trustworthy demeanor in client interactions is a key requirement • Proficiency in MS Office/Google is a prerequisite for applicants • Holding a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a must Compensation: $75,000 - $185,000 yearly
