Responsibilities: • Engage with potential leads consistently to boost sales performance • Consult with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific home preferences and requirements, guiding them through the transaction process until successful closure • Emphasize the importance of continuous consultation by offering top-notch service and expert advice to foster strong client relationships and secure repeat business • Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood • Draft detailed purchase offers for buyers to streamline and expedite the closing process Qualifications: • Strong ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities required • Must embody a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor • Proficient in MS Office/Google applications • Possession of a real estate license or the motivation to get one Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 yearly
