As a Real Estate Territory Manager at Four Star Homes on the east coast of Florida, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team of over 100 remote agents across Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing on-the-ground leadership, and ensuring that our agents have the tools and support they need to succeed. Candidates must be willing to travel locally. Responsibilities: • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Develop and maintain relationships with park owners, investors, and community managers to facilitate listing opportunities and off-market deals • Stay informed on mobile home park regulations, financing options, and zoning changes to provide accurate guidance to clients and team members Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record of success in managing sales teams, ideally within real estate, property management, or a similar industry • Natural team leader with a proven ability to coach, develop, and energize high-performing agents • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport across diverse audiences • Skilled in evaluating performance metrics and turning insights into actionable growth strategies • Driven, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment • Must be open to frequent travel for community visits, team support, and relationship-building across the region • Prior exposure to the mobile/manufactured housing market is beneficial, but not essential—training and support provided Compensation: $100,000+ OTE
