    A&A Title Services is looking for an experienced Real Estate Title Closer to join their team in Pinecrest, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire closing process, from coordinating closing to preparing the closing documents completely and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of legal terminology, and real estate closing procedures, and have the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met. This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 yearly and the opportunity to be a part of an experienced and growing team. Responsibilities: • Preparing CDs and HUDs, closing documents, title commitments, and policies independently • Managing the daily closing schedule • Coordinating and conducting closings, including explaining CDs/Settlements Statements, closing documents, financing documents, etc. • Communicating with all parties in each transaction • Clearing title defects • Balancing and funding transactions in e-closing Qualifications: • Title closing experience (Includes preparing preliminary CDs and HUDs, commitments, documents, and following through with files in any stage from contract to closing and post-closing) • Licensed Title Agent preferred • Must have experience conducting closings, including but not limited to an extensive working knowledge of and familiarity with real estate contracts, CDs/Settlements Statements, closing documents, financing documents, and the ability to explain the contents of same to buyers and sellers during closing • Must be a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida • Must be proficient in reading and preparing title commitments and policies independently • Must be able to prepare closing documents • Must have excellent grammar and proficiency in legal language for preparing closing documents and written correspondence • Must be able to prepare CDs and HUD1 Settlement Statements • Must be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Word and Outlook • Experience using DoubleTime closing software preferred • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and with a team • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
