What You’ll Do: - Lead the charge in agent development, helping agents increase their production and achieve their goals. - Facilitate impactful training, consulting, accountability, and mastermind sessions and script practice to build confidence and expertise. - Foster a culture of learning and growth, creating opportunities for agents to sharpen their skills and expand their knowledge. - Work closely with our team to implement innovative strategies that enhance agent success. Responsibilities: • Meet with all associates and assess life/carer vision and goals • Advise associates on an appropriate business structure • Help associates create a complete and appropriate business plan • Determine office training curriculum based on associate's needs • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar. • Teach all Momentum sales and business classes • Facilitate all accountability groups • Facilitate all mastermind groups • Remain aware of the associate's visions and needs • Organize and preside over office sales meetings • Master the Momentum agent training systems and content • Track associate participation in each agent development program • Help associates overcome daily business challenges • Organize and schedule 101 courses • Distribute associate sales and production awards • Perform exit interviews with all departing associates • Track all associate issues, challenges, and needs • Transition newly joined associates as assigned Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred, but real estate broker license acceptable • Residential sales experience • Training experience • Proven organizational and planning ability • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Basic business understanding and capabilities Compensation: $45,000 +
