Responsibilities: • Deliver our REV UP training programs for real estate agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to real estate agents to support their professional growth and development. • Implement strategies to improve agent performance and productivity in real estate transactions. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: • MA Real Estate License. • Real Estate Industry Experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Emotional Intelligence. • Organizational skills. • Team player. Compensation: $50,000+
