We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator to be the glue that holds our deals together — someone who can take a contract from signed to closed with confidence, care, and precision. This role is all about people and process. You’ll be a key player in the client journey, building strong relationships, ensuring all moving parts are aligned, and keeping everything on track. Responsibilities: • Be the primary point of contact for clients from contract to close • Support our Closing Manager with timely and clear communication across all parties • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, buyers/sellers, and our internal team • Manage and organize contracts, addendums, and critical documents • Monitor transaction timelines, address delays, and proactively resolve issues Qualifications: • Real estate experience required, 2+ years of real estate experience preferred • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Have a growth mindset and love learning new things • Are a self-starter who takes initiative without being asked • Love systems, structure, and keeping things running smoothly • Value accountability and take pride in doing great work • Super proactive and always anticipating potential issues • A solutions-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure • Experience with CRM or transaction management systems preferred • Prior experience working in a real estate investing environment preferred • Negotiation skills and experience liaising with attorneys and title companies preferred • A strong understanding of the residential real estate closing process preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
