We’re currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our team on an independent contractor basis. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative aspects of the transaction process, including MLS listing input, managing deadlines, coordinating documentation, scheduling inspections, and keeping all parties informed and on track. This is a full-time role at a competitive rate. Responsibilities: • Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close • Coordinate and track all transaction documents, signatures, and timelines to ensure compliance and accuracy • Schedule and follow up on home inspections, appraisals, and required repairs; assist in negotiations when needed • Obtain necessary approvals on offers and counteroffers to keep the transaction moving forward • Communicate consistently with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and escrow officers to keep everyone informed • Ensure all escrow-related documentation (including titles, appraisals, and mortgage details) is complete and submitted on time • Enter and manage listing data in the MLS and update CRM with client and transaction information • Forward documentation to the broker for file compliance and maintain well-organized digital records • Monitor deadlines, schedule key appointments, and attend closing-related meetings as needed • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in transaction coordination or real estate administration • A valid Real Estate License in Texas is required • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities • Proficient with CRM and transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Salesforce, MLS) • Motivated, proactive, and service-oriented, with a passion for supporting clients and team members • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
