We're searching for a driven and full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact. Our team provides the support you need to succeed with the requirement to be in the area for property inspections when necessary. We're looking for a persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will use our designated CRM to manage the transaction pipeline while providing top-notch service to clients. If you're a goal-driven individual seeking to advance your career, apply now! Responsibilities: • Maintain communication with all parties involved, effectively. This includes but is not limited to Sellers, Buyers, Attorneys, Title Companies, Tenants, Villages, Lenders, etc. • Clear Property titles in preparation for sale by reaching out to lien holders and retrieving payoffs or requesting settlement amounts. This does include negotiating lien amounts to increase profitability. • Review and amend HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing documents as required for accuracy and completeness. • Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with all parties involved. • Coordinate with lenders to ensure that all lending requirements are met prior to closing. • Fulfill Municipality requirements as per the City/ Village for Closings. • Provide real time updates to all internal team members about where the property is in the closing process. • Diligently organizing all files and supporting documents for all real estate transactions both on and offline. • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities. • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner. • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly. • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules. • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in the title industry (preferred, not required). • Strong knowledge of title company functions, lien searches, and real estate closing processes. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing closing documents. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • Real estate license preferred. • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills. • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred. • Passionate about providing excellent customer service. Compensation: $36,000+
