We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team on a per-transaction basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly while playing a critical role in the smooth handling of real estate deals. As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will manage all administrative tasks and processes involved in real estate transactions from contract to close. You will work closely with agents, clients, and other parties to ensure that every deal runs smoothly and meets all deadlines. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the transaction process, from contract to closing • Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time • Track transaction deadlines and coordinate the scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and closings • Resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process • Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions Qualifications: • Experience as a transaction coordinator or in a similar administrative role (real estate experience preferred) • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously • Familiarity with real estate contracts and documents is a plus • Reliable internet connection and computer • Familiarity with real estate transaction management tools Compensation: $50,000 yearly
