We are seeking a Client Care Transaction Coordinator to join a successful real estate firm in Midvale, UT and work alongside a team of 6-8 Agents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our agents in boosting their productivity through the implementation of various aspects of their business. By offering support to agents, they will have more time to focus on clients and improve their efficiency. Your tasks will involve transaction coordination, managing listing transactions, and providing executive support. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally reliable and possesses exceptional customer service skills to ensure customers feel comfortable and valued. Responsibilities: • Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and feedback that is received • Client communication to increase customer retention and referrals • Track business reports and all sales activity using Microsoft Excel and CRM to ensure company goals are being met • Manage all listings in MLS to sell homes fast • Communicate with other real estate agents regarding their showings of our listings to facilitate more sales • Oversee and assist homeowners with the completion of listing contracts • Schedule on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to prepare homes for quick sale • Manage a VA • Document management • Data entry • Communication between agents, clients, and various vendors such as title, lender, and home warranty • Office assistance and filing • Office compliance • Answering incoming calls • Creating orders • Assisting with implementing systems • Coordinating client events • Calculating commission reports • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly Qualifications: • You have 3+ years of Real Estate Transaction Coordinating experience • Your schedule is flexible and available for client events, Thursday night call nights (4 pm - 6 pm) • You have a valid Utah Drivers License We are searching for a team player who naturally strives to meet our Core Values, which include: • Always deliver more than expected • Provide world-class customer service • Have excellent work ethic and hustle • Be honest and trustworthy • Help to create an exciting and fun work environment • Always be progressing and pursuing our team vision • Be dedicated to team growth • Value our relationships with respect, professionalism, and etiquette • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
