    This is an in-office position! Everyone loves those HGTV shows about flipping houses right? What’s more fun than watching those shows? That’s right, working for a company that does exactly what they do on TV, except we’re way more fun. In fact, we have had one of our homes featured on HGTV's House Hunters as well as multiple local media outlets! Our real estate office is seeking a Transaction Coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and ensure offers are approved. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process. Base salary plus significant company and individual bonuses. Responsibilities: • Provide indispensable administrative support, including managing phone calls, handling email correspondence, and maintaining an organized office environment. • Be immersed in all aspects of our flips including the design. • Go to fun community functions and represent an amazing company. • Contribute to data entry tasks and oversee the management of spreadsheets and databases with meticulous attention to detail. • Undertake occasional errands and fulfill essential responsibilities that facilitate the office's daily operations. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the seamless functioning of our office space. • Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. • Participate in any company-led training opportunities or meetings. • Create and distribute property flyers using Canva, MailChimp, and other design platforms. • Track and enter crucial dates for transactions on a paperless platform. • Oversee and assist with transactions throughout the entire escrow process. • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently. • May require minimal light lifting. • Additional duties may be included and not listed here. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, preferably some college experience. • Real Estate experience is not required, we will teach you. • Driven by the desire to provide excellent customer service and great customer experience. • Showcase exceptional organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. • Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Team-player mindset but also able to work independently. Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour + big company and individual bonuses
