About the Role: As our Transaction Coordinator, you'll manage all aspects of real estate transactions from pending to close. This includes coordinating with title companies, lenders, contractors, and ensuring full compliance throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for keeping multiple transactions moving forward simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, and making sure everyone involved is informed and aligned. Perks: • Flexible part-time schedule • Hybrid work environment – balance your home and office time • Join a supportive, professional, and friendly team Responsibilities: • Oversee all contract-to-close details for real estate transactions • Communicate with clients, agents, contractors, title companies, and lenders • Ensure all transaction documents are complete and compliant • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings • Maintain and update transaction checklists • Keep agents informed of transaction progress • Respond promptly to emails, calls, and updates • Track deadlines and stay ahead of key dates Qualifications: • Active Indiana Real Estate License Required (We are happy to assist the right candidate in obtaining one) • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Responsive and reliable with the ability to prioritize tasks • Comfortable managing several transactions at once • Previous experience in real estate or transaction coordination is a plus Compensation: $40,000+
