About the Role We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our in-house team. In this role, you will oversee the administrative duties associated with real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position, offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation and Benefits • Salary: $43,700–$54,000 annually + bonus potential • PTO and paid holidays • Initial training (on- or off-site) • Opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, supportive environment Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Manage all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, from contract to close. • Communicate and coordinate with sales staff, title/escrow companies, lenders, appraisers, and contractors to ensure timely closings. • Review contracts and forms for accuracy, obtain approvals, and distribute to the appropriate parties. • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and track repair completion. • Deliver weekly updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they remain informed throughout the process. • Maintain and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Ensure compliance with brokerage requirements by tracking and submitting documentation. • Implement special projects assigned by team leaders and maintain an organized office environment. • Uphold brand unity and professionalism across all communication channels. • Provide exceptional customer service and foster loyalty through every interaction.
