We’re hiring a highly organized and people-oriented transaction coordinator to ensure our real estate investment business runs smoothly. You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability. You’ll wear two important hats: supporting our people and ensuring our real estate transactions flow seamlessly. From recruiting and onboarding top talent to coordinating contracts and deadlines, your role will be vital to the company’s success. You’ll thrive if you’re organized, proactive, and ready to dive into a dual-function position where no two days are the same. This is a remote work-from-home position but we do prefer someone local to the CSRA as you may need to go in person to the local attorney's office and do miscellaneous tasks needed to complete our real estate transactions. Responsibilities: • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Recruiting & Onboarding: Attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. • Employee Support : Serve as the go-to resource for HR inquiries, benefits, and performance management. • Culture & Engagement: Help foster a positive workplace environment that inspires collaboration, productivity, and innovation. • Data Management : Keep all transaction files organized and up to date in our CRM system. • Problem-Solving : Proactively address and resolve any transaction-related issues. Qualifications: • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • Tech-savvy and proficient with HR software, CRM tools, and Google Workspace • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in HR, transaction coordination, or a related role (real estate experience is a MUST!) Compensation: $30,000- $60,000
