    High-performing solo agent hiring high-level TC/LC to support the current amount of business and support growth. This position will act as command central for all Transaction Coordination — Purchase Contract to Close. • Listing Coordination: Listing Appt to Purchase Contract. • Marketing: Listing Marketing works in conjunction with our virtual marketing assistant. • Keeping Files Compliant with Broker guidelines. • Communicate with all parties of the transaction by email, text, and phone. • Creates raving fans of all parties who come into contact with the team (Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Closing Attorneys, and other Agents). • 95% of responsibilities are to be performed independent of supervision. Responsibilities: • Contact Manager: Oversee and maintain follow-up boss CRM. • Listing Coordinator: Responsible for processing and completing incoming listings from pre-listing to CMA and accepting the purchase agreement. • Transaction Coordinator: Responsible for the processing and completion of the Purchase Contract whether representing the Buyer or Seller side to closing. • Ordering/Scheduling all Inspections and appraisals, as well as coordination of agents to be present. • Completion of all disclosure contract paperwork, • Schedules and orchestrates Closing • Marketing Manager: Primarily responsible for Listing Marketing, Geo Farm and other mailers. • Growth: Attend seminars and classes as necessary and desirable to improve and maintain skills, and knowledge to keep abreast of new systems and processes that can be utilized on the team. • Meetings: Attend planning and evaluation meetings weekly or as necessary to maintain business practices in the Realtor’s absence. Qualifications: • Must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or surrounding areas — this is an in-house position (not virtual). • 2 years of Florida Real Estate transaction and listing management. • Experience building SOPs/Tasklists/Workflows/Checklists. Compensation: $70,000+ annually with additional bonuses available based on experience.
