As a Transaction Manager, you will oversee the entire transaction process from Pre-Listing to closing, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant transactions. You’ll handle complex issues, provide high-level support, and work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to manage and improve transaction workflows. This role requires a licensed professional with deep knowledge of the real estate life cycle, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of transaction management from through closing, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Troubleshoot issues that arise, providing solutions and handling escalations as needed. • Manage client communications, offering support and regular updates throughout the process. • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met. • Track key metrics and generate data-driven insights for regular reporting. • Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator and virtual assistants to delegate tasks effectively and maintain high attention to detail. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Follow Up Boss and Sisu preferred). • 1+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or a similar role. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
