    Yoder Real Estate is currently the fastest-growing residential team in West Michigan. We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Manager who can expertly assist our valued home sellers and buyers from signature to close, ensuring the process runs smoothly while delivering a first-class experience. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager to ready new listings and draft them for marketing on the MLS, arranging home inspections, assist with escrow documentation, and diligently progress deals to the closing table. It is necessary to have a sense of urgency, be able to follow processes methodically, yet be adaptable to changing workflows unique to each deal. Responsibilities: • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all listings and files under contract • Gather and input all listing information to draft on the MLS • Complete and reconcile customer, property, and transaction information in the CRM, pipeline, and broker site (Skyslope) • Coordinate home inspections, repairs, and any addendums when necessary • Track and report all transaction benchmarks and milestones • Act as a liaison and main point of contact between title companies, agents, lenders, buyers, and/or sellers to settle contingencies and coordinate closings • Communicate daily with our buyers and sellers as their valued resource and advocate for their best interests Qualifications: • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • Real estate license preferred • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Background and work history in an administrative or operations role within the real estate industry is required • Ready to be held to the highest level of integrity, bring enthusiasm, and love serving our community! • This is an in-person role based in our Grand Rapids, MI location (NOT a virtual position) Compensation: $20 hourly
