Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus. • Proven experience in real estate transactions or a related field preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with sellers, buyers, and title companies. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and compliance. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with transaction management tools or real estate software is a plus. • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service. Compensation: $50,000 annual salary plus bonus
