Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Manager Job Location: In-Office, 4709 W Daybreak Pkwy, Suite F, South Jordan Job Type: Salaried, Full Time, 9-5:30 M-F Job Summary: The Real Estate Transaction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, ensuring that all transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently from appointment to close. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, legal compliance, customer service, and coordination between buyers, sellers, agents, and affiliates. Working Conditions: • Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. • Additional work may be required to complete work and meet transaction deadlines. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from the time the client is under contract to closing. • Facilitate the activation of listings and coordinate all processes for a smooth activation. • Review and prepare transaction documents, including exclusive client agreements, purchase agreements, addenda, and closing statements. • Work closely with real estate agents, escrow officers, and lenders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures. • Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the process. • Coordinate property staging, handyman, photos, inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities for smooth deadlines and closing. • Maintain up-to-date transaction records and manage documentation using company software and CRM systems. • Prepare transaction reports for management and provide status updates on ongoing transactions. • Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transaction process and continuously improve the listing and buying process. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in real estate industry, business, or related field. • Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Transaction Coordinator, or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and legal compliance. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to handle 40+ transactions simultaneously and manage competing priorities. • Proficient in real estate transaction management software and Google/Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: • Real estate license (preferred, but not required). • Experience working with a variety of property types (residential, commercial, etc.). • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to de-escalate and negotiate. • Experience with CRMs and client database management is a plus. • Experience in Open to Close transaction management software is helpful. Compensation: $60,000
