About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction and Marketing Coordinator to join our professional group of agents at Stucy Group. You’ll play an essential role in supporting our small group of agents and assisting with various tasks such as managing real estate transactions from contract to closing, coordinating property launches, and assisting with client communications.
We are looking for someone who values structure and detail and thrives in managing a variety of priorities while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage real estate transactions from under contract to closing.
Attend meetings and support agents with project management.
Maintain and update client and transaction databases.
Coordinate and organize the launch of homes onto the market.
Assist with the creation of Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
Manage client care tasks, including sending client gifts and assisting with communication.
Manage 2-3 client events each year
Help agents with day-to-day tasks and administrative support.
Provide miscellaneous personal assistant tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in the real estate industry, title company, mortgage brokerage, or a related field preferred.
Office administration or similar experience will also be considered in place of real estate-specific experience.
Experience with CTM eContracts and REColorado MLS system preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Proficiency with Mac computers is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
Positive attitude and curiosity to constantly learn and grow.
What We Offer:
Salary: $44,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience).
Full-time position with regular working hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (occasional weekends).
