Job Description: As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Dispositions Assistant, you’ll support our dispositions specialists by managing workflows, handling buyer inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations. GoHighLevel Workflows: • Manage and optimize workflows in GoHighLevel to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in CRM updates and new workflow creations. • Assist in creating and implementing new workflows to improve efficiency. • Send out all new workflows within 10 minutes once the deal text is ready. 2. InvestorLyft Inquiries: • Respond to inquiries through InvestorLyft with professionalism and speed. • Provide clear, detailed information to buyers, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly. • Coordinate with disposition specialists to ensure investor needs are met. • Respond to all Investor Lyft inquiries within 10 minutes. • Clear inboxes daily and ensure efficient communication with buyers and dispositions specialists. 3. Support to Disposition Specialists: • Provide reliable administrative support to dispositions specialists to ensure deal flow . • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings. • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property details. 4. Data Management and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and activities in GoHighLevel. • Provide regular reports on inquiry volumes, response times, and workflow efficiency. • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the CRM. • Maintain 100% accuracy in all workflows and CRM entries. Qualifications: • GoHighLevel Experience is strongly preferred. • Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Real estate background and knowledge are a must. • Prior background in sms workflow positions and confidence in communicating with potential buyers. • Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet. • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys constantly learning and taking on new responsibilities. Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor. • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS. Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly
