    We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: SMS Outreach and Lead Generation: • Dispatch 500-600 outbound SMS messages daily to potential property sellers. • Evaluate leads based on established criteria and ensure they are suitable for further contact. • Maintain a high volume of daily SMS interactions to create a steady stream of qualified leads. • Respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries and follow up with promising leads. • Execute a structured follow-up process to convert leads into potential prospects. Lead Qualification and Handoff: • Identify and qualify 12-15 potential leads each day based on specified criteria (motivation, property condition, urgency). • Schedule 6-8 appointments daily for the Acquisition Lead Manager, aiming for 150 appointments per month. Data Management and Reporting: • Keep 100% accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with potential sellers using the Launch Control CRM software. • Provide routine reports on SMS activity, lead quality, and conversion rates. • Ensure lead information is correctly entered and updated in the CRM Qualifications: • Exceptional written English communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Real estate experience and knowledge are a must. • Prior experience in SMS-based roles or customer service. • Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet. • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Launch Control is strongly preferred. Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Compensation: $3 - $4 hourly
