They will interact w/ tenants, prospective tenants & owners, each w/ different needs & information requests.As a Receptionist/Office Asst., a solid 75% of your time will be dedicated to serving customers & clients. The other 25% will be spent delivering customer service via email, preparing documents, processing work orders, & maintaining records. Your ability to build rapport, navigate win-win solutions, & embrace conflict are key.
