You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate market • Provide expert guidance on property values, market conditions, and financing options • Generate and follow up on leads through various prospecting methods • Conduct property showings and open houses • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish • Stay up to date with local market trends and industry regulations • Utilize eXp Realty’s cloud-based platform for marketing, training, and client management • Network with other real estate professionals and grow your business through referrals Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Active Texas real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) • Experience in real estate is preferred but not required • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently while also being a team player • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for marketing and transaction management • Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission yearly
