If you are new to the business you will be mentored by a Senior Account Executive to work on existing clients and deals while being trained daily on the best practices of real estate and property management. Responsibilities: • "Make Friends and Solve Problems" • Quickly respond to incoming leads and set appointments with property owners. • Work with owners and support team to onboard new owners and properties. • Maintain relationships with owners throughout the lease until the sale of the property. • Convert current management portfolio into brokerage sales. • Oversee the leasing support and maintenance coordination teams to ensure owner satisfaction Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 yearly
