Responsibilities: • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • "Make Friends and Solve Problems" • Quickly respond to incoming leads and set appointments with landlords and property owners • Work with owners and support team to onboard new owners and properties • Market properties for lease • Maintain relationships with owners throughout the lease until the sale of the property Qualifications: • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Basic understanding of MS Office • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 yearly
