Give us a call at 800-417-0117 Responsibilities: • Educate your clients on specifics of their home selling/buying experience. • Know how to light up a room and engage people at a high-energy level. • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer. • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.). • Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections. • Prospect new leads daily. • Discuss goals to effectively sell/buy a house. • Be professional and courteous to all you come in contact with! • Be available evenings and weekends for clients to see homes! • Be able to give a presentation to new clients you are meeting for the first time! • Follow up with leads that you have made contact with. Qualifications: • Verbal and written communication skills. • Multi-tasking ability • Creativity. • Outstanding customer service skills. • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.) • Must fit within our Core Values to be considered. • Must be a risk-taker. • Open to change, and continuous improvement. • Work in a team environment. • Prospective agents must be high school graduates and at least 18 years of age. • Be open to learning new ways to grow! • Must have reliable transportation! • Must have some money put aside while you train for your new career Compensation: $70,000+ Commission based
