Job Summary:
This position assists the organization with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency by performing various administrative duties to include managing the incoming consumer mail/media.
Essential Job Functions:
Drive to the post office daily to retrieve mail from the RSi P O Box
Sort incoming mail, stamp with the date of receipt, and distribute it to the appropriate department
Locate accounts when mail is missing critical identifying information and route to the right person(s)
Scan all consumer media to the account record in the database
Respond to routine consumer inquiries regarding balances, account status, or requests for paid in full documentation
Review and Meter all outbound mail
Ensure all outbound mail is processed daily
Maintain the postage meter machine
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Must be able to communicate and collaborate with other administrators, support personnel, and management regularly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong work ethics
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s license and maintain Auto Insurance
Reliable transportation
Knowledgeable of documentation and reporting tools, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to independently work under aggressive timelines while managing multiple projects
Experience with Latitude and LiveVox preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
