Job Description
The Receiving Manager will oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, HAZMAT guidelines, and customs requirements. This role demands a highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to think strategically. This person ensures the working conditions are safe for all employees, while maintaining the highest of quality for outbound shipments, and driving throughput results. Also, managing, coaching and developing a staff consisting of 1 supervisor plus supporting staff of about 20 associates. This position Full time on site.
