Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations : Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Scheduling : Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized calendar for meetings and events.
• Clerical Tasks : Handle mail distribution, filing, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Office Support : Ensure common areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Visitor Assistance : Manage sign-ins, issue visitor badges, and direct individuals to appropriate personnel.
• Administrative Support : Provide assistance to team members with document preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.
