  • Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will assist with greeting visitors, office supplies, vendors, building maintenance and maintaining calendars for conference rooms.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Perform and/or coordinate a variety of advanced administrative duties including processing FedEx shipments, inbound/outbound emails, Amazon and Office Depot orders, and other office administrative functions.

    • Perform tasks such as filing, copying, scanning documents.

    • Screen, direct and respond to incoming calls and inquiries.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

    • Help monitor and maintain office supplies.

    • Manage conference and break room facilities.

    • Coordinate with vendors to supply vending machine items, coffee.

    • Coordinate building maintenance.

    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    • Support departments as necessary.

    • Other duties as assigned by Management.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High school degree or equivalent required.

    • College degree preferred or least 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional services environment.

    • Professional phone etiquette.

    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

    • Treat sensitive or confidential information with appropriate discretion.

    • Advanced skill level with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Understanding and exercising confidentiality.

    • Ability to take initiative, self-directed, results-oriented and prioritize multiple assignments.

    • Applicants must be able to prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.

    Physical Requirements

    • Work in a high stress environment while maintaining a calm composure.

    • Sit for extended periods of time.

    • Bending and reach to lower and upper cabinetry

    • Lift 15+ lbs.
